    For shoes: sizes are ADULT US MENS (UNISEX) unless it says Womens or W in the name. Women should order 1 to 1.5 less (ex. a womens 7 is a mens 5.5 or 6, this will vary by brand, call for help.)

    With some of the largest pedals on the market – 8″W x 7″T, these blocks are designed for maximum acceleration. The channel features angles spikes on the front and back to prevent slipping on powerful starts, along with two handles for easy movement and storage. The PVC-padded pedals are adjustable to five angle positions. (Pad color my vary).
