Overspeed training is a fantastic technique to increase speed. 20’ safety sleeve elastic will stretch three times its original length to 60’. At 60’ with the waist belt end hooked to another runner or an anchored object, this harness will pull you faster than your top running speed and can also be used for many other drills such as leap-frog jumping. Adjustable harness fits SMALL-XXL.

Safety Sleeve Elastic (patent pending) protects your athlete and yourself. Limits maximum safe stretch distance. If elastic breaks, it will coil inside sleeve preventing injury. Protects elastic from wear from roads, track etc. Also protects from overexposure to latex material.

Forces the hurdler into correct body position. Keeps hurdlers arm movement in. Makes hurdler bring trail leg under armpit. Self-training allows coach to spend time with other events. Cloth cross-brace is Velcro (R) attached which breaks away easily upon contact by hurdler. Uprights are steel powder coated.

Pennant posts have a strong H section post molded of UV resistant polypropylene. Metal stake end of post easily inserts into hard ground. Specifications are 48″ L.
