1. How long is my team code valid?

Coupon codes can last as long as the coach wants. We recommend 1 year.

2. How do I place an order?

To place a team order, please call us at 1-800-676-7463, or email us directly at: teamdeals@vsathletics.com. A representative will be able to get you started with an order, and

can assist you with any questions you may have regarding team discounts.

3. What methods of payment can I use?

We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and Discover cards. We also accept purchase orders, checks, and wire transfer.

4. How do I pay with a purchase order?

Schools, colleges, and government agencies are the only customers who may pay with purchase orders. Before we are able to ship your order, we must receive a PDF copy of a signed purchase order from the school. Purchase orders should be on the school or district letterhead and include a PO number, authorized signature, billing and shipping address, and the available dollar amount.

5. What are your shipping costs?

Shipping costs vary depending on the items, the website will estimate your shipping cost at checkout. Team orders will have shipping included in the quote emailed to you.

8. Do you customize uniforms?

We offer a number of customization methods and stock logos for team uniforms. Please see our Embroidery, or Screen Printing pages for more information. All customization orders are non returnable and require artwork approval before we start.

9. Can I return or exchange my team uniform?

Customized team uniforms are not returnable unless there was a defect in the process.

10. What if I want to use a Purchase Order using my tax exempt status?

Please submit your tax credentials when ordering.
