Description

Convert any discus ring into an official NCAA/IAAF-size hammer ring. This polyurethane 4 piece insert will not shatter like the fiberglass type. It will never rattle or bend like the aluminum type. Easily portable for indoor use. Meets NCAA specifications. Can be used as a portable shot ring by attaching a toe board.
