The secret to more jumps in practice lies within the Gill Jump Box. The Arched Jump Box is a convex jumping box made of lightweight steel that is easy to carry to and from practices. It is covered in synthetic track material so your athletes have the same feeling as the runway or high jump apron. The Arched Jump Box is 8" high in the middle by 30" wide by 47" long.
