• Heavyweight 6.1-ounce, 100% soft spun cotton
• Ash is 98/2 cotton/poly
• Athletic Heather is 90/10 cotton/poly
• Dark Heather Grey is 50/50 cotton/poly

Steps:

1. Choose T-Shirt Color and sizes and add them to your cart. Setup fee and printing charges are included in the price (one color on one side).

2. Email your art to doug@vsathletics.com (choose emailed in the options), or choose a font, and style. Type the font,style, ink color and location into that box,  (you can specify full front, full back, pocket front, top back). You only need to specify this on ONE of the sizes you add to the cart, not all of them.

example: Machine, Slanted, Full front, white ink.

3. Type the exact text you want printed in the "Text" Box.

We will generate the art and send you a mockup for approval.

Note that 2X and bigger sizes have higher prices.

You can add screen printing to any Apparel, warmup or bag that has room for printing. The # of colors you print does not include the garment color. So if you want white/gold and your singlets are white, you only need 1 color (gold). Printing light colors on a dark singlets needs a white underprint so the garment color does not darken the ink color.  If you have any doubt as to how many colors you need, call us at 800-676-7463.

Screen Printing Charges: Every order has Setup and Print charges. Setup is a per-order charge, Print is per-item.

Example: Screening Gold on 25 black singlets is a 1 color job, however you need a white underprint otherwise the black singlet will darken the gold ink. You would:

1. add one "2 Color Screen Front"  to your cart. This would include the underprint. then come back to this item
2. add 25 "Print 1 Color Uniforms,T's,Bags ea.'
3. email the design to sales@vsathletics.com or on the checkout page at the bottom you can add comments: Typestyle and Variation and location (front, back, pocket, shoulder, etc)

ARTWORK: No artwork charge for simple team lettering (choose from the typestyles and type variations listed below). Custom designs require additional work and should call for a quote. 800-676-7463  artwork request form,

SCREEN SETUP: $35.00 PER COLOR., Repeat design: $15.00 per color. INK CHANGE CHARGE: $10.00 (required if you want the same design in different colors only). The wesbite will assume a new screen is needed. If it is a repeat design, we will credit you the difference. In you need an ink change, please call to handle screening entirely.

Note: Women's Shimlets are Lycra as are Compression tops.

Numbers: We offer 2",4",6" or 8" numbering that are silkscreened 1 color only.

1-6 Items: add $8.00,

7-23: add $6.00,

24+: add $5.00.

Please include a list with your fax/eamil if you want specific numbers on specific sizes.

PLEASE ALLOW 2-4 WEEKS FOR DELIVERY OF CUSTOM SCREENED ORDERS.
